- Personalised items: 3–10 business days
- Crystals and mystery capsules: 3-7 business days
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping rates are a flat rate of ÂŁ2.99 and we currently deliver to the UK only.
