Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, please review our policy carefully.

1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Mystery capsules
• Sale or discounted items
• Crystals purchased as part of a mystery or blind selection

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at justsayituk@outlook.com with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will:

• Send a replacement (if available), or
• Offer a store credit or refund, depending on the situation

3. Returns (if eligible)

If your return is approved (for non-custom items that arrived damaged or defective), you may be asked to return the item to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the error was on our end.

Items must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• Sent back within 14 days of approval

4. Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our products.
